DuPontTM Tyvek® Soft SIlver is the breathing metallized and energy-saving diffusive membrane meant for walls and roof.
This membrane is permeable to vapors. Its one side is covered in thin metallized layer that reflects sun rays in summer and in winter it reflects the heat rays inside of the building. In such a way the thermal losses are reduced.
When the system of membranes supplementing each other is installed for insulation of roof and walls, it is possible to save up to 15% meant for heating of the house.
The metallized surface of the DuPont™ Tyvek® membranes improves the insulating features of the air gap located before it from 200 to 300%.

Why is it worth choosing:
•  The air convection is reduced due to the wind insulating features of membranes, and thus the functional features of thermal insulating material are improved,
• Thanks to the small emission of the membrane system used in the entire building, the thermal energy of the building in winter is reflected inside of the building and stays there, while in summer even 95% of the thermal rays are reflected. In such a way the cool climate is maintained inside of the building.
All these features allow enjoying dry and warm climate of the building during the entire year. All the components of the system used together allow improving the effectiveness of thermal insulation even by 20%, and they become an invincible barrier to wind and sun, and thus the humidity cannot spread in the constructions of the building.

Environmental protection
This DuPont™ product has big positive influence on the environmental protection – it contributed to the reduction of CO2 gas emitted to the environment, because the amount of fuel used to heat the buildings, is reduced.
